Young the Giant ‘Mind Over Matter’ – The Song of the Week for 6/2/2014

Released May 6, 2014 via Fueled By Ramen records, “Mind Over Matter” is the 3rd single off the album of the same name, the band’s 2nd studio album

Young the Giant is carving a pretty good niche for themselves in the indie/alternative genre. “Mind Over Matter” is already the 3rd single off their new album Mind Over Matter which debut at #7 on the Billboard Album chart and #2 on Billboards Top Rock albums chart. The album’s first single – and Song of the Week back on 11/3/2013 – “It’s About Time” was an instant fav. “Mind Over Manner” is not to be missed though and is perhaps a song that requires a few listens. Dare I say the better song overall?
