The first new KORN single in 3 years “Rotting In Vain” lands a Song of the Week nod

“Rotting In Vain” was released on July 22nd via Roadrunner Records as the 1st single off of The Serenity of Suffering, the 12th studio album by KORN

All signs and commentary from the band point to this upcoming 12th album sounding more like old material from say Follow the Leader (1998) and Issues (1999) era. Alright by me and I’m sure the casual and hardcore KORN fan alike would agree. 2nd single release will tell more. For now, what do you think of this new single and how cool is it that they got Tommy Flanagan from Sons of Anarchy for the video?! I wouldn’t be angry
if things would stay the same
You’re fighting the torment
that helps me feed my pain
The suffering is fading,
I scream into the sky
Repulsion invades me,
I say goodbye
