Song of the Week: “Traps” by Bloc Party – Week of November 29, 2021

Bloc Party returns with new single “Traps” and nabs Song of the Week honors this week. The band has released the official audio for the song, but look for a music video for the song soon. “Traps” serves as the lead single off of 6th studio album Alpha Games, out April 29th, 2022 via BMG. The new album will be the first since 2016’s Hymns which featured new band members Justin Harris and Louise Bartle, who joined in 2015. The new album is said to have major contributions from Justin and Louise.
