This week’s Song of the Week comes from the English Indie Folk band Daughter. “Human” is the official single off the band’s debut album If You Leave which was released in March 2013 in the UK and May 2013 in the US. The debut album is the follow up to two self-released EPs, His Young Heart and The Wild Youth, released in 2011 and 2012 respectively. The album has several strong reviews from across the web, including a current Metacritic score of 72. The album may never be a mainstream hit, but if you get a chance to hear it, it will be a hit in your eyes…or ears.
